Keeping track of Certificates and expiry dates can prove challenging. Also meeting technical stafs requirement for local copy/scans of the real certificates on they're laptops, and making sure it's the correct version. That’s why we have created a easy to use solution where you can register all types of certificates and assign them to responsible persons, who then will receive mail notifications a set number of days before expiry based on your pre-warning speci fications for that certificate type. Scanned versions of a certificate can be added as an attachment. Everything is automatically syncronized with the office server and vessels to insure everyone have the same data.
