UniSea Meeting
Simplifies and structures MOMs, meeting tasks and followup. In this way the whole process is more time efficient and helps the management keep an easy overview and finger on the pulse of the organization.
UniSea Meeting helps minimize time related to the creation and followup of Minutes of meetings, and also helps the organization to have more efficient meetings.
A major point is that it helps mid-level managers and up, stay in control and follow up tasks they delegate.
The Meeting Manager creates Tasks in the MOM and delegates them in the solution, while the meeting is being held. This saves time, and eliminates writing the MOM twice, which is often the case.
The meeting participants can then later see all they’re individual open Tasks in one list, and that action list will then consist of Tasks from several meetings. When a Task is Completed, the Task is moved to archive and the Meeting Manager is notified.
In this way the whole process is more time efficient and helps the management keep an easy overview and finger on the pulse of the organization.
