Keeping the vessel specifications up to date, and available for chartering department, office user laptops, vessels etc and keeping track of latest versions, is not always easy. In this application the complete vessel specification is in one database that is automatically synchronized between different locations. Items that changes often can be administrated by the vessel to save time and save double registration. The fleet can be sorted on categories, and a subset of documents can also be exported to Excel for use in a tender etc.
