Installation
UniSea procure computer hardware, mobile telephones and other hardware based on the request from your company. Misunderstandings and the possibility of faulty delivery during the purchasing process will be minimized. Installation of third party software can be included in the total package, or undertaken separately.

Helpdesk
Helpdesk is a problem-solving center for applications, computers and network problems. The user contacts UniSea by phone, e-mail or fax explaining the error, or other operational problem. This makes it easy for your company to offer accessible expertise at a low cost for the whole organization. All contacts are logged immediately and UniSea has a contract-bound response time of 4 hours. By experience, 70% of the problems are solved during the first contact.
