UniSea maintenance
UniSea’s software assists in the daily management of equipment maintenance according to current regulations.
The software provides the following benefits amoung others:
- The continuous updating of the vessel and shore base with regard to the status of both maintenance and procedures for routine maintenance.
- Equipment and components always registered and maintained according to current regulations.
- Tasks/jobs can be issued from shore to ship.
- A shipyard repair list for the vessel can be compiled.
- Onboard spare parts and inventory can be monitored and accessed.
- Ship owner-defined standards for maintenance can be implemented.

ISM (procedures, non-conformance reports)
UniSea can incorporate the ship owner’s procedures into the software, to include existing procedures.
The software will allow the vessel and shore base to be both continuously updated with regard to procedures and non-conformance reporting.
UniSea Purchase
The Purchase Module is a combined purchasing and logistics system that tracks orders to and from the vessel and shore. The owner and the vessel may at all times check the status of orders, from the time of the request to partial delivery or complete delivery. The system is linked to maintenance, spare parts inventory and accounting which reduce operational time, communication costs and improves efficiency.

UniSea Reports and Certificates
This software is divided into two main categories, Position Reporting and Certifications Overview. Position Reporting logs positions and itineraries (timetable steaming, length steamed, type of chart, cargo and time of loading etc.)
The Certification Overview logs the status of all valid certificates. The certificates are automatically monitored in advance for the dates of expiry, and e-mail warnings are sent to spesified mail adr.

UniSea Forms
UniSea can offer to transfer the ship-owner administration documents and forms into Lotus Notes. This will standardize forms within the company, both on land and offshore, which will simplify availability. Forms will be updated as needed through replication and revisions can be undertaken by the owner or by UniSea.
