UNISEA RISK is an easy to use solution for Risk Assessments/SJA/Toolbox Talk. A key feature is the ability to share data with other vessels efficiently. As a result, knowledge is shared throughout the organization.
With UniSea Risk, all vessels in the company share Risk Assessments. It also enables you to copy draft Risk Assessment data from a vessel that has previously done a similar job to another vessel to save time. Risk templates for all vessels to use as starting points for their Risk Assessments can be created onshore at the office.

UNISEA PTW features a dynamic and easy to use workflow. The user is presented only with boxes, fields, and options relevant to his selection at the start of the report, «Hot work,» «work aloft,» «use of dangerous substances,» «work in confined spaces» and so forth.
UniSea PTW includes Electronic and Mechanical ICCs with link functionality to relevant QA procedures as well as registration of Gas monitoring. A location responsible can be defined and have a workflow for approving PTWs.

UNISEA SDS (Safety Data Sheet) helps structure and synchronize all data sheets in the company. Make an update once, and all relevant vessels are automatically updated. Each vessel will only see datasheets that are relevant to them.

UNISEA MANAGEMENT FORMS includes several forms related to ISM and vessel management. These include Visit Report, Masters Review, and Employee Evaluation. The Master Review can easily be customized to use forms builder, with personalized chapters and questions. Each question can be configured with connected checkbox choices and a comment field.
Master Review
As the latest Master Review or Evaluation report arrives at the office (automatically through replication between vessel and office), summary analysis reports for Masters Review and Employee Evaluations that provide results on how users onboard have graded each question can be extracted.
It is possible to create a comments report with all comments and answers on a particular question — a valuable tool for workshops and for making use of the data for improvements.

Univu Business Manager helps minimize time-related to creation and follow-up of MOM’s and help mid-level managers and above, stay in control, and follow up tasks they delegate.

UniSea Drills is a module used for monitoring and performing and follow-up Drills on board the vessel.
The module consists of a planner view with all planned, completed and cancelled drills. Users can select within a range of predefined Drills within custom categories. Each Drill has different role requirements which make selecting and planning personnel for the Drill easier and enables tracking crew experience.
