UniSea Start provides a personalized portal to the UniSea system. The start page will only show information relevant to you and only when you need it. By streamlining information related to your specific role, UniSea Start significantly reduce the visual noise and presents you only with information you need to read or take action on.
UniSea Start is configurable and will display different information depending on your role, location, or software. Typically it will show the latest news, vessel or location info and “My Reports.”
The My Reports view automatically sort your reports depending on their status (Expired, Need attention, ongoing, etc.)
A finished report will move from your action list to the next person in the workflow or the archive, depending on the specific report.

UNIVU Simplifies and structures MOM’s, meeting tasks, follow-ups and makes the meeting process more time-efficient while providing the management with a finger on the pulse and a clear overview of the organization. As a result, your management team will be more productive.
Univu Business Manager helps minimize time-related to creation and follow-up of MOM’s and help mid-level managers and above, stay in control, and follow up tasks they delegate.
During a meeting, The meeting manager creates tasks in the minutes-of-meetings and delegates them within the UniVu application. This saves time and eliminates writing the MOM twice, which is often the case.
After the meeting, the participants see all individual open tasks in one list, that action list will consist of various tasks from several meetings. Whenever a task is completed, it is archived, and the Meeting Manager will be notified. In this way, the whole process is more efficient and helps the management keep an overview in an easy, intuitive way.
UniVu can run as a cloud service, or it can be installed locally on the company’s internal servers. Univu supports running on multiple servers for international businesses and can run locally on rigs and vessels and replicate data on a scheduled basis.

UniSea Contracts keeps track of all spot and long-term contracts with functionality for day rates, escalations, and options.
Define daily rates, options, link in documents from external sources, and add attachments when you create the contract. Contracts escalations are registered in the contract document, and the escalation history for that particular contract is visible.

UniSea Emergency helps control information and maximize team efficiency during a crisis or an emergency. It is built around the Emergency log and aids the organization to manage emergency incidents and drills by working smarter together in an easy to use workspace with a live data feed.
The integrated log is available to all personnel and provides instant updates of the communication and status of people involved in the incident. It also integrates meeting minutes and personal tasks for the emergency team.
UniSea Emergency integrates meeting templates for use in first meetings, status meetings, and more as the crisis/drill progresses. It can also create live tasks for better collaboration and overview throughout the team.
When a new log entry is created, previous communication related to the caller or the relevant crew member is displayed as you register the call. UNISEA AUDIT is an efficient and user-friendly tool to create, follow-up, and analyze internal and external Audit Reports and Vettings, which can be processed both onshore and on board a vessel.
Each company can define it’s own Audit types such as Internal, ISM, External, Port state, and Vetting. Finding references like QA procedure(s), ISO, ISM, ISPS, VIQ, and more can also be defined.
UniSea Audit lets you create Audit plans that synchronize with all your vessels. The master on board will automatically receive an email notification ahead of the planned audit. You can also perform analysis on findings based on company-specific finding references, by Cause/root cause, by Auditor, Auditor’s company, and more.
The Findings from an Audit can be delegated and processed individually based on a limit date and delegated person. The office has access to summary analysis reports and several export options such as Corrective Action Plan and Corrective Action Summary.

UNISEA FILE ARCHIVE delivers a structured folder system onboard and synchronize relevant documents between vessel and head office. With UniSea File archive, the vessel user archives reports, checklists, and documents once. The information is automatically made available to people at the office.
Most companies have massive amounts of Word and Excel templates. Based on these, numerous documents and reports are created and stored within the file system on board. Often the folder structure tends to be different on all vessels, instead of having a company standard on how information is archived.
Word and Excel reports are usually sent to the office in emails, often to more than one person, which in turn spend time archiving the reports and deciding where to put them. Master Review
As the latest Master Review or Evaluation report arrives at the office (automatically through replication between vessel and office), summary analysis reports for Masters Review and Employee Evaluations that provide results on how users onboard have graded each question can be extracted.
It is possible to create a comments report with all comments and answers on a particular question — a valuable tool for workshops and for making use of the data for improvements.
The Master Review provides an overview and finger-on-the-pulse feeling before reading the reports. In turn, this is a great help when doing the Management Review as well.
