UNISEA AUDIT is an efficient and user-friendly tool to create, follow-up, and analyze internal and external Audit Reports and Vettings, which can be processed both onshore and on board a vessel.
Each company can define it’s own Audit types such as Internal, ISM, External, Port state, and Vetting. Finding references like QA procedure(s), ISO, ISM, ISPS, VIQ, and more can also be defined.
UniSea Audit lets you create Audit plans that synchronize with all your vessels. The master on board will automatically receive an email notification ahead of the planned audit. You can also perform analysis on findings based on company-specific finding references, by Cause/root cause, by Auditor, Auditor’s company, and more.
The Findings from an Audit can be delegated and processed individually based on a limit date and delegated person. The office has access to summary analysis reports and several export options such as Corrective Action Plan and Corrective Action Summary.

UniSea Contracts keeps track of all spot and long-term contracts with functionality for day rates, escalations, and options.
Define daily rates, options, link in documents from external sources, and add attachments when you create the contract. Contracts escalations are registered in the contract document, and the escalation history for that particular contract is visible.

UNISEA DAILY REPORT is an executive summary report from vessel to office. The solution provides daily overviews of activities, irregularities, fuel consumption, and more based on the previous and the next 24 hours. It offers easy access to updated information for everyone, anywhere and anytime. It`s available on the web, iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
All relevant personnel at the office will have access to a dedicated view that shows the latest reports from the fleet. As soon as a new report arrives, the old one is moved to history.
UniSea Daily Report gives the office an overview of the previous and next 24 hours in terms of Operational issues, activities, irregularities, fuel consumption, POB, Next Crew change, and attachments on the vessel. It also integrates the activity log with our Emission report in UniSea 14001 to get fuel/activity data for use towards SEEMP.

UNISEA FILE ARCHIVE delivers a structured folder system onboard and synchronize relevant documents between vessel and head office. With UniSea File archive, the vessel user archives reports, checklists, and documents once. The information is automatically made available to people at the office.
Most companies have massive amounts of Word and Excel templates. Based on these, numerous documents and reports are created and stored within the file system on board. Often the folder structure tends to be different on all vessels, instead of having a company standard on how information is archived.

UniSea Emergency helps control information and maximize team efficiency during a crisis or an emergency. It is built around the Emergency log and aids the organization to manage emergency incidents and drills by working smarter together in an easy to use workspace with a live data feed.
The integrated log is available to all personnel and provides instant updates of the communication and status of people involved in the incident. It also integrates meeting minutes and personal tasks for the emergency team.
