Rán Offshore signs a strategic agreement

UniSea, a leading provider of maritime software solutions, has entered into a strategic agreement with Rán Offshore to deliver a suite of digital modules aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and compliance. The agreement includes a selection of HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) modules, as well as UniSea Maintenance and Procurement solutions.

With a fleet of five high-capacity barges and a modern tug, Rán Offshore continues to invest in digital transformation to support its growth and sustainability goals. The adoption of UniSea’s integrated software platform will streamline safety reporting, maintenance planning, and procurement workflows across the organization.
